I'm going to talk about good foods that are healthy for you. Some main food groups that you should choose your foods from are fruits, vegetables and protein. You should definitely drink lots of water. Some foods from the fruit group that you should eat are apples, oranges, clementines, lemons, pears, peaches and many more. Some foods that you should eat from the vegetable group are peppers, beans, broccoli, cabbage, carrots and many more. Some foods that you should eat from the protein group are meat, fish, cheese, tofu, eggs, nuts and many more.
Some ways to stay healthy are to exercising and eating healthy. Ways to exercise are going to the gym, going for a run or walk, take your dog for a walk if you have one, take a bike ride, you could go to your local park. If you are a kid in school you could do sports or be really active in PE. There are so many thing to do to stay healthy.
